Malgosia Butterwick

Performance artist and art theorist, completing PhD at Intermedia Dpt, Academy of Fine Arts in Kraków. So far realized over 50 actions at individual events and festivals worldwide. Since 2007 she has been developing a processual cycle SEDU/A/CTION. She publishes texts and presents lectures and talks; was a curator of International Art Festival Interakcje in 2010.

Graduate of Academy of Fine Arts in Łódź, subsequently lived in England and Northern Ireland where studied Arts Management at Queen´s University of Belfast, and co-found live art organization Bbeyond. Since 2003 lives in Kraków.
